Ferrovie Nord Cadorna Lighting Design
Milan _ Italy
A lighting intervention on two levels: the first using reflected light fixtures to illuminate the loft lounge; the second with spotlights aimed at providing diffused lighting of the station crossing paths.
As in every lighting design of the studio, the double character of the intervention is evident, functional but without ever losing sight of the aesthetic side of the lighting scene that is realized.
The false ceiling between the mezzanine and marble pillars is characterised by regular rectangular openings, and the lighting design adapts accordingly, creating a sequence of luminous cones that accentuate the spatial perspective of the crossing.
